Description: Import your historical analytics data from Plausible Analytics into DataFast to maintain continuity in your website analytics.

# Import your Plausible Analytics data

Keep your historical analytics data when switching to DataFast by importing your Plausible Analytics data. *It takes just a few minutes!*

## Step #1: Export your Plausible data

1. Log in to your Plausible Analytics account
2. Go to the site settings for the website you want to export
3. Scroll to the "Imports & Exports" section
4. Click the button to export/download your data in the "Export Data" panel
5. Wait for the email with your download link (can take several minutes)
6. Download your data (you will get a .zip file for [step #2](#step-2-import-to-datafast))

> Note: Do not use the export button from the Plausible chart. It won't work. Go to the site settings and export from there.
